True players must buy in I agree but the Coaches need to feel these players out when they are recruiting them and decide if this is the kind of player that will buy in.

I agree with you also that Georgia is winning football games mostly due to being a very physical team--I think Bama has lost some in that regards but nothing like LSU has decreased. I know LSU is NOT a good physical football team. It is tough for Coaches to get players that are making VERY good money to focus and practice and be physical but that is what we expect for the kind of money they are getting paid

Exactly....if I were him, I'd stay at Ole Miss. It will be a complete rebuild at either place. Meanwhile, he's developed a very good program in Oxford.
