You are insanely gullible if you believe Lowe's isn't fixing the vote, making sure it stays close so that people like you will continually tell people to go to Lowe's website to vote for Mo. Mo probably has 99% of the votes, but will end up winning by a slight margin just to make people like you feel like you helped her win.
