Seems to me the best people to correberate Capt America's story of rushing in to save the day is the other Shady 3.....Where are their statements to BRPD.....You would think since BRPD has dihareea of the mouth and was so quick to release police reports (BEFORE HE WAS CHARGED) they would also relaese those.....Smells rotten to me...

How does this effect LSU anymore? We are a better team because of it and we need to move on. I could really care less how this plays out in the courts I am much more interested in the performance of my alma mater on the field.

I don't understand why you think this.
Explain the need to file charges before DNA is processed?
Explain the need to file charges before witnesses have been interviewed?
Explain the need to announce in a public presser, almost immediately after the fact, the "hope" to file felony charges?
Why don't you take me through the logic of the rush to filing in this case. Suspects flight risk maybe?

Who knows. What I do know is that police report states that Long witnessed JJ kick Lowery in the face. Obviously no where near enough to convict him, but enough to arrest him.

You see, there you go. How do you know for certain that JJ broke the law? Did you witness it? I can't speak for other posters, but I am certainly not adamant that JJ is innocent. Rather, I am adamant that it is very possible that he is innocent.

And long was an independent witness???? BRPD shared quickly that they could not locate any party that did not have ties to either side. Then AMAZINGLY the next day they latch on to Long's statement....WTF happened to finding a witness with no ties to either party.....

The Pope could have stated that the JJ's didn't do shite, but it doesn't matter. BRPD had enough from the statements.

I've already told you I am going to let the legal system handle this situation I could care less about it. Either JJ is of no relation to me so therefore I have no dog in this fight. If they go to jail oh well. If they don't good for them. BTW my guy is ZM.
