Michael Jackson ONE is one of the best shows in Vegas. It’s at the Mandalay Bay as well.
re: Yellowstone season 4, season long thread.

Did they change writers this season? The random ADHD.storylines with no connectivity is disappointing. Sure hope it’s building up to something. How the hell did Walker just fight for over an hour with a 4” blade just removed from his clavicle? Teeter carries the Yellowstone brand, you can’t just make her leave the ranch. Just seems like much of the storyline this season is going against the previous 3 seasons. All of this jumping around and not finishing a thought is out of character for this series.
re: Southwest Canceled most flights to/from MSY through October 5

SW canceled my flight from NOLA to Vegas last week. Never, received any communication and online booking was still showing departing on time. Had to rebook and make the drive over to Hobby.

Just the opposite. Norco sends feedstock to a Convent.
Best pre-emergent to help control spotted spurge. Struggled with this most of the year and now really want to get a jump to minimize in spring. Suggestions?

By shear luck I’ve killed a small 4 Pt with a 357 Mag at approx 7 yards. Rifle unloaded in case after morning hunt. 357 mag in the truck door. Little buck walks out to cross the trail. Right time wrong place for him. Clean head shot. Still crazy when I think back about it.
re: Suggestions on Isla Holbox
Posted by TigerEye2 on 7/15/20 at 8:51 pm to HoustonGumbeauxGuy
We’ve visit Holbox every year and it’s one of our favorite places if your looking to just kick back and relax. Hardest decision we make every day is what do I want to eat and what I want to drink.
Casa Las Tortugas is the only way to go. Centrally located on the island, right on the beach a just a few steps from the ocean. The staff will absolutely do anything to ensure your are taken care of. Breakfast is included every morning and the restaurant on the premises is very very good but expensive compared most places on the island.
Nigh life is centered around the town square which is only a few blocks from the hotel. There are a ton of locally owned restaurants that serve some pretty amazing food. Travel around the island is either walking, on bicycle or by golf cart and can be rented pretty cheaply. Don’t count on any consistent wifi anywhere other than your hotel.
Highly recommend a private shuttle from Cancun to Chiquita to catch the ferry over to Holbox. It’s a 2 hr ride and goes through some very sketchy areas with zero cell phone service. Highly suggest currency conversion before you get to island because Peso’s are king and ATM’s are unreliable most times.

It’s all total BS. We have a spike because it’s getting close to the beginning of school here. It’s another attempt by democratic governor to promote fear. We have at least 2 more “spikes” to deal with before it magically disappears..Labor day and Just before November 4th...
Trust me, you’ll want to wait on the call back from Russel Pools. Keith Russel is the best in Baton Rouge. If you want to deal directly with the owner from start to finish, answer any question you have with no BS, and not leave the job until your 100% satisfied, this is your man. He finished our pool over a year ago and still checks up from time to time to see if everything is working and we’re happy. Excellent experience from day one.
Just purchased a new car for my daughter over weekend. They are not nearly as hungry as you would think. Deals to be made but you’ll have to work.
Dealer #1: factory and dealer discounts really good. Trade in evaluation horrible and wanted me to believe they were doing me a favor. Sales Mgr was complete idiot. Walked out.
Dealer #2: Didn’t have exact model on lot but wanted the business. Told him where I wanted to be, sent runner to get car from Dealer #1 with 10 mins of conversation. Above market for trade in with some additional dealer discounts on top of factory rebates. Walk out within an hour with my daughter smiling.
BTW - We were the only persons on either lot for the entire time.

Spot Treating Clover Right Now
Posted by TigerEye2 on 4/12/20 at 8:04 am
I have a few small problem clover spots in my centipede. Can I still use Weed Free Zone or is something like MSM better? Wasn’t sure about temp limits on either right now in BTR area.

Any O&G stock right now is a long term position. Most of the downturn isn’t associated necessarily with CV19 but the price of oil and Saudis flooding the market.
Correct MRO. Just assumed that was understood that MPC was downstream.
MPC is one of the best run refiners in the O&G industry from top to bottom. They’ll have strong business in both upstream and downstream from operations and balance sheets perspectives. I’m certainly buying and suspect they will return but this is a long term play.

Solar shield of Louisiana if your in the Baton Rouge area. We had same problems and the Solar screens will cut out 70% of the heat, If not more. We installed few years ago and they work very well. Pretty reasonable prices and they will custom fit your windows.
Confirmed. Explosion in their high density area.
