This is what cracks me up. People are acting like they are trying to link the DNA to an unknown. If you have the sample from the crime scene and a sample from a suspect, it is quite easy and quick to identify if they match.

I am a little confused about the talk that this is new evidence. This is not new evidence. It is new to 'us' the public, but we have heard about this tape since Fisher talked to the cops. Cops said they already had it.
I just find it a little presumptious that our 5 minute review of it finds it completely exonerating.

You know he threw the first punch? Based on what two guys who work for the bar said? Jefferson was seen not in the fight?
Apparently other witnesses and evidence indicated otherwise. You don't know what the cops have. It seems like it's enough for a warrant. He's suspended. Wait for the case to get wrapped up.
