Seriously, If only they could come up with a less vulgar chant.

I don't really want my elementary school age daughters chanting this at school because they hears it at a game.

The older I get, the less I understand why people get upset about this chant.

The parent card... I’m sure they hear all kinds of dumb shite throughout the game. Just tell them that the crowd is saying something else. They won’t know the difference because the chant is not easy to hear clearly, especially for someone in elementary school.

Yeah there is no need for the chant. The song is good enough without it. Students are stupid.

It is here to stay unless they don’t play it for a whole decade and then teach the students of that time the way it was meant to be played.

There’s no need for it. It’s immature and vulgar. Really takes a big man to chant that crap...

Neck is a national treasure, and the song and chant don't need to be changed at all.

This is the LEAST offensive thing your daughters will encounter as they get older. If you have an issue with this.... don’t ever get them a phone. Or let them go to school. Or get on the internet.

Sorry you lost the game, boys! Doesn't have as much of a ring to it. There is tons of cursing and drunken behavior at football games.

As someone with 2 daughters, my advice is not to bring them to a college football game until they are old enough to handle profanity, rather than trying to police the words that come out of college kids mouths. But then again I'm not a snowflake baby boomer

I kinda like the hype around it and wondering if it will be played.

Save it for fourth quarter third down when we need a big stop against UF Bama or Auburn. Use it sparingly to get the team on a different level.

Neck has powers... use it wisely.

I get that. The chant doesn't bother me, and yes more than likely I could always tell them they're chanting something else. I haven't taken them to a game and may not for a few years, but assuming I do, I would really hate to get that call from their christian private school, I'm sure there are other parents that wouldn't mind taking their kids to games and not have to worry about that.

Agreed if it you play it every game it loses its luster. Save it for the big moments. Keep people wanting more. It’s more fun that way

Stop being a frickin pussy

The song would not be nearly as good without the chant. The chant is what makes it, why do you think it literally pumps up our crowd and players? Not because of the tune, because of the chant.

Ahh the ole “Neck” debate.

The best part is grown men blowing their load over a damn song. Like it has magic powers or something.

INB4: Recruits want to hear it.
