Vegas is right more often than not

Vegas predicted LSU to have 6.5 wins. The odds makers don't know everything but they're usually pretty accurate when money is on the line. I'm not sure why anyone thought LSU would win 10+ games this year. It doesn't mean that the sky is falling though. Completely new coaching staff, new players, new schemes. It doesn't all magically come together overnight. There will be more growing pains this season but I firmly believe the future is bright.

We had guys on here stating they couldn’t comprehend how LSU wasn’t a 2 TD favorite last night and was easy money. Anyone that runs around talking about easy money has no clue about betting.

Vegas isn't trying to predict LSU's win total. They're trying to get an equal number of dollars bet on both sides of the 6 1/2.

That's not how Vegas works at all. They don't know how many wins lsu will have anymore than you do. What they know is how many games you think they will win or lose. They want 50%of the people betting the over and 50%betting the under don't matter if they win 10 or 2. I figured 4 or 5 best case 6. If you think they will win ten you are grouped with the people that think 8
