Vegas lines also give us the 13th best odds of winning the National Championship. Those are more telling than the over/under on wins. O/U often swing 3-4 wins the other way.

It’s the exact opposite. The win totals are more telling. The NC futures are not necessarily predictive for every team this far out. But I’m not sure what you’re seeing, we were 50-1 in March at Caesar’s. During the season the NC futures are adjusted and will be more reflective of who actually has a chance to win it.

If we loose some hard fought games in the 4th quarter and play the Bama and Auburn’s close then finish with 7-8 wins I can see that as a pass.
No, just fuching no.

7 wins but some close losses is acceptable at State or Arkansas or maybe Ole Miss but not at LSU.

7 wins and O enters ‘19 on the hottest seat in the country.

Wow. O is the beneficiary of some sort of warped Cajun affirmative action.

We do not need to read every prediction about the upcoming football season. Linking articles from hacks that call SLU the Ragin Cajuns is a bad decision by you. Have a down vote.

Right cause getting the mascot of an FCS school confused with another in state school (which BTW is hilarious since they confused South East SLU with Southwestern USL ) is much more telling than the fact they have a financial incentive to be on the mark, but it you think it’s just doom and gloom negatigers then you have a tremendous opportunity to make a fortune by taking LSU over 7.5 wins

I didn’t say his seat wouldn’t be hot. Schedule is pretty tough though. It’s a eye test. If we look like shir then things need to change. If we win games and lose some close ones that a little easier pill to swallow.

Nah. I think Bama’s offer is gonna make Dabo super rich at Clemson. Anybody else big they offer will likely parlay that into a big raise at their current school. Following Saban is not gonna be high on anybody who has options list of places to be.

agree, who in the hell would want to follow Saban... just a disaster waiting to happen... What would make me vomit is if they got Aranda to follow him...

7 wins and O enters 2019 as a strength and conditioning coach at Mandeville High School.

Right?

I am still waiting for the first poster to take a screenshot of their receipt placing a bet on the over.

I’ve been hearing since November about how “we comin” but these suppOrters are not ready to put their money where their mouth is.

Must be their God-fearing Christian upbringing they feel morally corrupt betting on their Tigahs

me, it really comes down to how we play the games. If we loose to another Troy and get smoked again by a Miss St. then 7-8 wins is not good. If we loose some hard fought games in the 4th quarter and play the Bama and Auburn’s close then finish with 7-8 wins I can see that as a pass. It simply comes down to what the product is on the field.

Lose... the word is lose. Loose is what the slutty girl in high school was called. The opposite of tight.

You could retire a very wealthy man IF you have the balls to ACTUALLY wager real money in Vegas on LSU being 10-2. AND it came true. They would LOVE to see you bet on that.

Vegas actually doesn't care which side you bet, as long as they get another guy to bet the opposite side.

Vegas isn't in the business of picking winners - they just set, and then adjust, the lines/odds to get equal money on both sides and they pocket the vig.

People give too much credit to Vegas.
