I don't know why morons have not figured out what (who) the common denominator has been.

It’s a combination of development and talent recognition.
Les recruited Dak Prescott as a damn FB/TE. Dak wasn’t some 5* recruit but there are tons of 3* and unknowns that come out of nowhere and end up being great QBs. It’s all about seeing upside and there mental make up.
QB recruiting is the most important and also the hardest. Mullen is excellent, Saban is excellent, Meyer is excellent. Bebe is...we will find out. Les was terrible.

Regular coverage breakdowns made that guy look good today.

It's also piss poor recruiting at the position by Miles.

Both QB’s were outstanding in that game. Wish LSU could get a nationally recognized QB.

I read the story of this young man. (Quinton Flowers) He has overcome so much tragedy in his life. I watched a couple of his games and he is really fun to watch. Such a positive young man. You cant help but root for him. They lost today 49-42, but did you see the numbers he put up against an outstanding UCF team. 24-45 503 yards 4 TDs 1 Int along with 20 carries for 102 yards and 1 TD.

The kids we recruit have the ability, but not the mental fortitude. Harris, Jennings, Jefferson, all had the ability but were not head strong enough to excel. This also has to do with player development. Brennan definitely has the ability, but I am not sold on his mental toughness YET.

We're "big time" we're SEC we can't be bothered with second rate people who are recruited by the likes of a USF. and... I bet they'd whip our arse.

This is stupid. He could take 80% of the league's QB jobs.

Those dudes weren't good quarterbacks. Jefferson and Harris had strong arms, but weren't good passers. Combine that with the fact that none of them were natural runners that could make impact plays on the ground. I think Russell Shepard could've been that guy, but was never given a real opportunity at qb.
