So because a game happens to be nearby for once, and people are losing their homes including some loss of life, you'll be pissed that the game was reasonably moved to another location due to logistics? Some of you are ridiculously self-absorbed and selfish people.
Shut the frick up. We're talking about the game here. I'm sure he has the ability to also sympathize for those dealing with the tragedy at the same time.

I've heard from a friend who is close to the AD that it's 75% gonna be played in Tiger Stadium and they will announce around 1:30 to 3pm tomorrow (Wed.)

Just read a post on Facebook from someone who works the LSU home games. She said that the decision has been made to move the game to TS. Also said they have asked them to work from 7-2 which would seem to indicate that it would kickoff at 11..

regardless of where the game is, kickoff would still be at 11

Like the ones whining because USCe is considering Charlotte instead of BR?
Yes. Both sets are being stupid. People lose everything and you have people on here whining about a football game. I love LSU and I love watching them live, but while it sucks to lose some money on tickets (most are at least going to get credit for them) and the fact you can cancel hotel rooms up to 24 hours before without issue, it's at most a couple grand, not the potentially life altering amounts some people lost in South Carolina in the past 4 days.

This isn't a backyard game that can be moved to a neighbors yard at the drop of a hat. Security, tickets, access, availability of workers. You are talking about a huge event involving over 100K people. You can't up and move it in a split second decision.
Maybe they wanted to move it to LSU but LSU didn't give them the thumbs up immediately! Maybe they are collecting information on all available places and are figuring out which one is best.
Patience!

You said it yourself. IT is an effing game. You are the one who needs to learn priorities.

This thread is impossible. Cheer Wine is on record as stating that a game move could never happen--and moving to TS an even remoter possibility.

No. Go look at the road damage report for their county and then try to say that with a straight face.
This means Columbia is still a legitimate option IMO. Boom said it with a straight face.
If things go well, at least half those roads will be reopened by Thursday, and the vast majority will be opened by Saturday. Also, many of those roads don't see much traffic anyway according to the USCe fans.
Its very much still an option. The other places have been contacted, but if things are much better by Wednesday afternoon, it will be played in Columbia. The remaining 25% chance as posted earlier IMO
