Urban Meyer on Joe Burrow: 'He’s a Buckeye forever'

Well he's a Tiger now and I suspect he will start and play all year. Hopefully this lights a spark under Narcisse and Brennan.
It's a shame that neither of them two have stepped up. Now that Burrow is here, it seems like you would certainly want to RS Brennan. Right?
