The unmitigated and asinine comments about Blake Baker after the Kentucky game was so out of touch. He’s arguably a top 3 DC in the nation.

Briles doing work...which makes me think he's either going to be CIW at USCw or Lane needs to grab him after Weis leaves. Shouldn't be much layoff since they spent some time together.

Dont think people were saying he was bad, just that his soft zone at end of games and halves was infuriating. It almost guarantees we lose, in a close game.

I don't think anyone is saying he's not a good DC, we're just tired of seeing his defenses fold in clutch time in almost every big game. I mean, it's not just Kentucky. It happened in Ole Miss game and also the past 3 years. You would have to be blind not to see when he goes into 2 minute defense it's time to hold your breath.

Why's it shocking? Do you guys watch other games? SC especially Sellers has been getting better. Similar to SL he seems to get better as the season goes on. Light might finally be coming on for him.

He’s saying it is surprising that LSU is 50 yards per game higher than the 2nd ranked team. That’s a lot of yardage between 2 spots.

its one of the things that happen in football these days. you will see that happen over and over against good offenses.it happens in the nfl even.

Agree. Everyone has a bad game plan at times. Who the hell would they want to replace him????????

Still not sold . He beat up on some pretty bad offenses since that Kentucky game. He has three big games upcoming to show he is a top 3 DC. I'll hold judgement till then.

I’m just more entertained in seeing how mere factual statistics always seem to get some on the SEC Rant stirred up when I post these same stats every week on that board as well.
