Huge win today and here’s the main reason why:
LSU goes 3-0 next weekend and I can say with confidence we’re getting in at 14-16, but even if they go 2-1 we still have a slim chance to get in at 13-17 since we’ll have split our SEC series while the rest of the SEC bubble teams likely go 3-7. Plus we have the tiebreaker on Kentucky and Alabama now.
If this scenario plays out though and we finish 13-17, we’re probably going to have to win some games in the SECt to earn a spot in a regional. I know it’s sad we’re in this position of needing to play our way in this late in the season still, but I’m still gonna root for this team til the very end.

Will update the OP with this week’s postseason projections. College Sports Madness has us as a 2 seed in the Austin regional with #3 Texas. Last week they had us as a 2 in the LT regional.

The schedule sets up good so that Bama and UGA are both playing two teams that still have something on the line. MSU wants to get that national seed and OM is trying to host.

Updated OP with all of this week's postseason projections. All of them have us earning a regional bid this week but we'll need to beat A&M this weekend or else we fall off the bubble.

Makes it that much more maddening. If we finished 8th I’d be confident we make the postseason, but there’s like a 1% chance of that now. We need to go 2-0 and Georgia and Bama both need to go 0-2 for us to get the 8 seed.
