Look at these posters talking about Munoz like he’s the second coming. Y’all were the same posters bitching and mocking O for adding a ULL assistant as an analyst in 2018
This is why I read this board for information and joy opinions. Most of the people here have opinions that are shite and change with the wind.

No one on here has any idea what Orgeron and Ensminger think or what they are going to do. Again there are many coach’s that can coach and run a spread/RPO.

It would be less disruptive to retain Munoz.

Probably would already have announced if they were going to do that though.

If at all possible LSU should retain E and Munoz. Now there is another William and Mary kid as an analyst as well. We should not want to install another offense now.

Brennan will have enough to deal with.

Did Magnus for sure go with Brady?
Think that's a rumor at this point

That’s a bullshite move by ARanda if true. You don’t poach coaches from the staff you just left. That’s unwritten rule in coaching.

Unwritten rule ? Who the frick stated this ... Vince Lombardi ? Aranda was hired by Baylor to do one thing - Win a NC. As the HC, you hire the best staff that you believe in to accomplish this goal, regardless of where they’re from.
As an analyst at LSU, Munoz was paid around $50,000. CFB OC’s earn $500,000 - $2M. During his prior coaching stints, Munoz has been an OC, QB coach, and WR coach so he has experience. The ball is in LSU’s court, elevate Munoz’s role in the offense and pay him commensurate of what other top 10 programs are paying. Because of LSU’s NC success, every coach on this staff will be targeted by other schools. That includes Raymond who I feel is underpaid.

Nick Saban made up that rule. It's not really a unwritten rule. Saban only said that because his former coaches are hiring coaches from Nick's staff.

Don't understand why he hasn't been named to replace Brady, yet.

Pay sites are saying that doesn't seem to be in the plans right now.

Yeah. Just a few years back, Kirby tried to hire Scott Cochran away from Saban. Think it’s more common than people are acting.

Why not? This would be a bad move, IMHO, especially if we let Munoz get away. So we go into the off-season without a passing coordinator and just hope that Ensminger can handle it on his own?

Pretty much every media outlet has said that LSU fans' main concern should not be how many players we lost to the NFL draft, but rather does the administration replace Brady and Aranda with comparable coaches.

The inactivity on LSU's part seems to indicate that they have someone else in mind though.

I do believe that Ensminger handling this job on his own would be a huge mistake.

Not even close. They were 18th in assistant pay this season, behind 10 SEC schools. Try again.

Considering that O and Steve were willing to shake things up after a 10 win season, I doubt they will just go back to the old status quo now. It would be a big mistake if they did. Maybe they just don’t think Munoz is the right guy.

I understand taking his #2 guy that he brought in.

But this is borderline scumbaggish.

Tells me he is not ready for HC if he needs key players from the LSU staff.

He will be a DC three years from now.

As of 15:38 SGT I count 25 people that are bigger Aranda lovers than Tiger fans!

BTW I agree Aranda will be back as DC in 3 to 4 years tops! I don't mind that he left but unless O has given him permission to target these other staff members he's a weasel in my book!

I find it hard pressed that LSU wouldn’t offer him more $ as a passing game coordinator than Baylor would as their OC.
The Baptists don't spend it all on Jim Beam, so they can afford it.
