Taylor feels like a future starter to me. Live fastball with plus curve and changeup with a repeatable delivery. Needs a little polish on his locating but he’s going to be a good one.

I’m not going there just yet. He’s max effort on every pitch, and you can tell he labors bc of it…not in velocity but overall effectiveness.
