I’m not going to overreact to this performance, but you can’t have the inconsistent Hess starting on Friday nights like you did last season. He needs to go to the pen if he doesn’t get better.

Let's not act like Hess was much better at the end of last season like they were saying before the game.
Hess had one good start in the SEC tournament against Arkansas.
Every other outing was more of the same ending with the Oregon State stinker. Mississippi State, Auburn, Alabama.
