You know what makes a good changeup?

When the hitter doesn’t know it’s a changeup out of the hand.

That’s what’s happening. They’re not picking up on the changeup and swinging at a fastball. I promise they’re not intentionally swinging at changeups in the dirt.

Was gonna say the same thing. These posters saying just lay off the change up have probably never seen a good change up. Looks like a fastball then just tumbles down.
