TB, if you were Neal and another job came open what would you do? I would get as far away from Beth Torina as I could, she ruined Coach Dobson career and if he stays with Torina she will ruin his. If she hired a big time pitching coach things could change but my guess she won’t, too much a narcissist

I’m sure he’s doing what every top assistant would. Keep feelers out but don’t leave for anything. LSU still pays him well and Torina really isn’t on the hot seat

Yeah, I looked up both of their contracts as well as Sandra and Pleasants. Beth is out 2028, Neal 2027, Sandra and Pleasants 2026, the issue for Neal is he has a small buyout like 25k( could have read it wrong) that other schools might not want to pay for a softball coach

I’m no softball guru but why would you start Heavener who has been struggling the last several games and not start Monticelli who’s been your best pitcher lately ?

Because she has no clue about pitching , she still stuck in 2012. It’s alarming when your two best pitchers are transfers and your 2 best position players are transfers, that tells me she has no clue in recruiting and has failed miserably recruiting high school players.
