Ravach is right

Anytime you throw an obvious ball that gets called a strike I would consider a perfect pitch

It was a borderline pitch. But it was still low for a 6' 6" guy.

Why is the narrative UCLA has a good bullpen? All these dudes are arse
they just have a lot of innings pitched compared to regular bullpens. It’s not like they have a bunch of Gabe Gackle’s running out there.

Motherfricker he’s fricking 6’6 that shite is low

this ump has called 3 or 4 balls even lower than that one

you have to swing the bat with two strikes there

It was a solid pitch for the count but it wasn’t a perfect pitch per ravich. Lol

“Going left on left”

These announcers don’t even do any rudimentary research. At least their staff doesn’t.

The narrative really should be they have bad starting pitching.

It’s funny ESPN never shows low strikeout pitches from the dugout angle that shows if they are at bottom of knees or not.

Frey always watched the first pitch strikes. I wonder if he is just not a good bunter. Jones always watches the first pitch. I know Jay likes to get up the pitch count but at what point do you let these two go on first pitch. A wasted at nat by Frey

When they get back from commercial can we see a replay of how the UCLA shortstop reacted to that strikeout? We just gotta see more footage of this guy.

I wil say this, LSU is leading. It benefits us more than UCLA with the big strike zone...as long as he consistently calls it. And, imo, he has been calling it both ways. We want to reduce pitches thrown and length of the game.
