I don't think I've been overly critical of JJ. I tried to give him credit in that he always competed hard, was on the field because he was sent there, ran the plays as called, etc.
Nor do I excuse Tyrann in this.
But JJ (as well as Karnell and Bryant) ought to have realized that Tyrann still had a lot to play for and this was the last thing Tyrann needed to get caught up in.
This just reeks of unmitigated selfishness and immaturity on JJ's part.
Maybe I'm over reacting. For all I know JJ was going there to put the fires out and get Tyrann away from it all. Who knows.
