it would be the only way someone can have enough speed and power to catch and hit shep like that. They would have to be related
makes sense.... i had mixed emotions after that play.... i was like "shite!! dont hit him like that!!!" but then i was like "DAYUM, he just laid his own FAMILY out! ruthless muffugga! i like it!"

Pelini and Muschamp coached from the sidelines.
And here's some pictures of Chavis.
It's obviously a Tennessee game ... and he obviously ain't in the booth.

Shepp was obviously out of bounds and CL got flagged for a personal foul 15 yard penalty on the late hit. CL was however outstanding in that AA game, he will be a badass for the Tigers

most footage of chavis @ UT is him on the sidelines... i think it is a good tactic....

I don't think Miles decides where his coaches operate from during the game.

I think chavis coached 90% of the time from the sideline, but i could be mistaken.

Chavis was UT's DC on the field during games from '95 til last year. By and large the Vols had some good defenses.

Chavis has brought a lot of swagger to the defense that it didn't have last year

Why is it that surprising that a 5 Star recruit will see action his first year? Sure he missed some camp but come on...

4 LB's? Les says this is best crop of LB's that he has ever had at LSU.

Texas' DC is on the sidelines and you guys wanted him

U boy's fret too much. Lsu df will be fine!

I would think Loston would be on Special Teams every play this year and would team up with Ryan Baker for bone-shattering hits. As far as playing safety, I would think that regardless of talent it would take longer than two weeks for someone to learn to be an SEC safety. We may see him in there this season, but I doubt at UW.

Seemed to work pretty good for Pelini, so what't your point.

I don't see how a DC can really be effective from the sideline
