I’m sure he is a super nice guy, but can he coach, lead, strategize, make adjustments, handle pressure, overcome adversity, etc?

Learning comes through experience, trail and error, experimenting, pondering losses, and getting your butt kicked a few times… Chip took the young inexperienced guy to school! Coach O dropped the ball.

I believe this is true. Certainly looks that way currently. I was very underwhelmed by these hires. So far they have not improved anything.

And there’s the problem. O was hired with the understanding that the coordinators would prop him up. He’s now failed on every single coordinator and assistant hire except for bringing Brady in.

Designed QB reads and runs, jet sweeps, and roll MJ out into space.

If the O line is shite, you do your best to work around it. It was obvious that we couldn’t run the ball. MJ isn’t a true pocket QB IMO. Asking him to play in that roll made no sense to me.
