Is there a different "draft order" for the weekly SEC games this year? I could reasonably project past years based on the draft order of:

1) CBS 230 and 1 doubleheader 7pm
2) ESPN primetime
3) ESPN2 primetime I think
4) ESPN early game
5) SECN primetime

That list is just guessing from memory, I'm sure it's not absolutely correct, so forgive me please.

There is nothing worse than 11am games.

I wish there was somehow a way to guarantee that we never played games before 3pm.

If you are going to the game 11 sucks, watching on tv and it’s great. Then you have the rest of the day to enjoy the win and the rest of your Saturday

Agreed!! As long it’s not a home game I don’t really care. But This board has an obsession on away game starts.

I’ve got a MSU buddy and we have been attending this game together for 12-15 yrs.( minus Covid year).
We mutually agreed to skip this one. 11 am in Sept. is just not worth it.
If we have to play one at 11, at least make it late October.

I never understood the people who like 11am away games. They must watch the games alone at their house.

11 am sec games should be illegal.

However, 11am benefits the visitor.

Better to get the road game started early in Starkvegas and not have them wait all day to kick some Bulldog tail. Get home earlier and ready for Arkansas at home for their next game.

The ESPN 2 prime time game isn’t in the #3 slot. ESPN isn’t going to want the #2 and #3 game of the week going against each other in the same time slot. They want them spaced out
I believe the top 3 order is:
1) CBS 2:30
2)ESPN 6pm
3) ESPN 11am

I think most people prefer to watch away games at home.

Unfortunately, I think 11:00 am is moving up in the pecking order. Fox has been doing really good ratings with its “Big Noon Kickoff”. Don’t be surprised if ESPN/ABC put their 2nd or 3rd best game at 11:00 when the new TV deal kicks in next year.

I'll be in Tahoe so I'll be in Harvey's sports book at 9am...

11am kickoffs for us are only allowed at Vanderbilt because we can be on Broadway by 4.

So you are the type to watch away games at a bar every Saturday? I got kids and shite to do.

Yeah but they don’t have to watch it by themselves. Our group gets together for every away game. 11am is too early for the ones with kids because kids pretty much always have something going on early Saturday’s.

I never watch games at a bar. I much prefer watching at home where I don't have to wait for food, drink or the bathroom. Also, there are lots of people watching in a bar who neither know or really care about the game; just there because it's a bar.
