Why? We just got the most draft picks to campus pretty much ever. Why would you want to lose an entire class to the draft like he used to do?

He never got recruits to campus. He’d get commitment from sure fire first round picks that would never come. It sucked

He did wave that guy home that time, and got to be a guest on radio. Every drunk coonass called and told him he did a great job waving that guy home. It was some of the most cringeworthy radio I ever heard.

Wish I remember when exactly it was...

Turtle was intense at Skip Bertman Baseball Camp growing up.

Him and Boots Garland didn’t frick around

Bianco taught me how to figure 4 slide too one of my first years there. Man what a cool experience every summer.

There were only three coaches in 2000. Skip was a dugout coach. That would mean the pitching coach was the third base coach and Thomas at first.

It's quite unusual for a full-time coach, in college, to be a first base coach. Heck it's unusual in minor league ball.

Sure was, especially when he would adjust his junk 782 times during the instruction period. Boots had me convinced he could beat Carl Lewis in a 15 foot race at 80 years old.

Bianco is prime. Son coming to LSU and he just missed CWS with his best team in years.

Love Turrtle but why do you guys want older coaches? I mean, O is getting ripped a new one for bringing on older experienced guys.
