Hey- I know this is former LSU recruit/player B Rachal, but this kid is leading Tulsa in scoring. Just curious as to

A) What happened to him at LSU

B) Is this kid the real deal? Tulsa is playing GREAT basketball and could win the American conference

I ask because they are 1000-1 to win the Natty!!!

Was a top 75 player coming out of HS so he is talented. He was processed when Will Wade was hired and changed the culture. Glad to see him doing well for Tulsa

Wade processed the players he didn't feel fit his mold. Unfortunately, Brandon Rachal was one of those to go. Glad to see him doing well elsewhere. Could have been a multitude of things that Wade didn't like with Brandon (work ethic, attitude, off the court trouble, team player...etc.).

FYI-Not an LSU topic but does anyone think UNC could "get in" the tournament if Cole Anthony comes back in a few weeks.

They are 300-1 to win the Title That seems insane and I am sure UNC would get "every possible pass" to get them and Anthony into the tournament!

I don’t think it was Wade’s choice. At the end of that year, Wade was clearly frustrated in interviews when he was asked. I think it was another compliance BS issue.
