The only people who have access to evidence is the defense outside of the FBI themselves and they are not trying to ruin their own investigation. The defense leaked it and they issue the subpoena for Wade to testify in order to help their client.

I'm fricking tired of the gestapo tactics of the NCAA...."Bama got caught cheating in football, so the NCAA puts UAB on probation" type shite.
The reason there are blue bloods is because the NCAA protects them and the money generated by the sports.
It's like the cartels throwing a bone to the CIA/DEA on occasions and ALLOW for a huge drug bust. It's just cover to make it LOOK LIKE the agencies are actually accomplishing something.
