The suit would BLOCK certification of any result where the second Sullivan's votes could have flipped the race, until an investigation determines whether those voters actually meant to pick the senator
GOOD!! He should not even BE on the ballot.
DOJ says the candidacy's "sole purpose" is to help Peltola. Republicans point to a Democrat consultant, Amber Lee, who has worked on his campaign
Even Alaska's own elections office tried to kick him off the ballot in June.
The state courts put him back on one day before the ballots were printed.
This is obvious fraudulent election interference

I’m sure this one will stick

What law is being broken here?
Posted on 10/23/26 at 10:45 am to Ailsa
I expect the usual suspects to be here shortly and gaslight the shite out of us for calling out this obvious dirty pool.

Fake?
He’s not a real person?

How predictable, calling fraud if there’s a result he doesn’t like. Literally the worst kid to play video games with.

He's a real person with a very similar name (different middle initial). He is an Alaska resident from SE Alaska.
This whole thing is dumb

hes a real person, not a real candidate.
the dems found a guy with the same name and put him on the ranked choice ballot to confuse Sullivan voters. Its lower than snake shite

Hope DOJ goes after individuals, not just the state.

This is like the "DEMs think black people are too dumb to have voter ID" scenario...how dumb are those voters?

the exact same dems who thought a few Russian facebook memes in 2016 altered the results of the presidential election can't find an issue with this tactic.

Apparently dumb enough the POTUS thinks it’s an issue

Given who he markets to, that's not saying much.

he's on the ballot and the State Supreme Court said he was a valid candidate.

100% agree, but that's politics nowadays.
Did he actually break any laws? Not according to the State Supreme Court of Alaska. The State of Alaska already tried to go after them and failed. How is the Federal court system supposed to attack this when the State controls their elections?
This is not the type of battle that should be fought

Better yet, is this lawfare?
