Wrong. Clyde met someone to sell an XBOX and that person tried to rob him. fortunately former teammate and current Tulane player Jared Smalls was also armed and used his own gun to shoot the perpetrator in self defense.

I really hope for his sake it's just a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
If he's hanging out with thugs and doing thug shite though, just throw the book at him and lock them all up. The only way to clean up the streets is to get the trash off the streets.

Exactly. If he went with the other guys knowing in advance that they were planning to commit a crime, then any subsequent crimes can be charged to you since you did not get yourself out of the situation. Driving the getaway car carries the same charges as the guy who pulled the trigger and used you to get him out of the crime scene.
