Fantastic letter. It is really nice to see a young man be appreciative of the experience of being a student athlete, instead of the crap we usually get. This young man had a chance to come to school, earn his degree and he took full advantage.

My admiration for this young man just grew exponentially. We both come from the same hometown and I've seen so many young people with potential in athletics, academics or entertainment who failed to find a way to succeed. This man and his family deserve our respect for persevering. All the best to you, Tre. Thanks for the memories and for being a part of our LSU family.
