Tony Moss came from Bossier, but for a city of that size, it has produced very little for LSU rosters.

That's all I got...certainly not great, but given the shittiness of that city, I'm surprised this much talent has come out of there.

ETA: Whoops, misread the title of the thread. Obviously some of these guys weren't LSU players.

I should have remembered Tony Moss. I played Senior League baseball with him. I was in my 40s, not sure how old he was. Short guy but still in really good shape.

Morris is the only LSU athlete on that list and I think Pierre is the only current professional (and he moved to Alexandria from Alabama). An area with surprisingly little talent considering the large population with a high percentage of blacks.

Alexandria is the largest city that just sucks when it comes to EVERYTHING. Zero talent comes from that area.

I was thinking about assasinating Bob Stoops when he came to Alexandria recruiting.

John Watson played at Bossier as well. Not sure of any from Airline or Parkway...although a little known baseball player and an obscure golfer went to Airline and LSU.

craig, jamarcus, and ryan all left LSU early. Why should jamarcus be anymore of a tiger than the other two?

Quite a few baseball players from Alex other than Warren Morris played at LSU. Greg Smith, ASH grad, was a stud at LSU. Also, Chris McGhee, Jordan Faircloth, Jeff Leaumont, and Jordan Mayer from ASH all played at LSU. And of course JC Holt was from Rapides Parish.
