How on earth could it be classless to just leave the stadium after the game, and not say one word to them, positive or negative?

What he said was classless. Therefore, he's classless. Not the same as what you said above. Very different. Try and comprehend.

Lol you didn't even go, SRO tickets are $10 and I didn't have a problem getting one. I didn't high five them, I didn't feel like watching them celebrate not to say they didn't deserve to I just wasn't interested in watching it.

Several players from THIS yr's team appreciated the classiness of the fans, several players from SB said as much, too. To me, these players are the ones who opinions mean the most as they were the ones laying it on the line for 3 days. If Raph & Katz can say they thought it was classy, that is the bottom line to me.

yeah, that's what makes Moscona impossible to believe. Absolutely no way any former player said that bullshite. I want to know who he talked to.

Moscona just also said that "Every former LSU player that he has spoken to says that it was ridiculous".

There you go then.

So I guess our former players that Moscona has talked to are classless too, right?

several LSU players twitter posts were posted on here yesterday and not one of them had anything negative to say. And since when do ranters like Matt Moscona? Any other day ya'll think he's a douchebag.

So he thought a victory lap and celebratory high fives to the opposing team that just trashed us in our backyard is ridiculous. That is classless how? What's wrong with a simple standing ovation? That would've been more appropriate. I have never seen anything like that in my life nor do I want to again unless we're playing the school for the deaf and blind or whatever that place is on brightside.

To be fair, they only do it when they know someone is watching and will acknowledge them for it.

I would be curious to know how you've reached this conclusion? Now you know the reasoning behind the actions of 400-500 people?

I agree 100% with Moscona. Clapping for the opposing team in this situation is fine. We played Stonybrook aka the Cinderella of this tournament. I know for a fact that if Miami would have came into this Super Regional and whipped us like the Seawolves did, the whole victory lap would not have happened. LSU baseball fans just love sucking up to the other opponents and being such great fans. Very lame for the opposing team to get a victory lap.

Probably not but as I said before, just because others wouldn't do it doesn't make it a bad thing.

Really....regardless of the motive of the fans who did it, LSU has received nothing but positive press and attention for it. If that's the sole reason the fans did it, for the positive attention, I really do not care. It is such a trivial thing to be so upset about.
