Says the two teams ate dinner together the night before. When Oklahoma walked in, LSU players started pointing and laughing. Game was over right there.

Watching SEC NOW last night and they had a deal on Saban and his coaching style, career, etc. Finebaum made a point that Saban told him one time, Bama players expected to win every game they played because they were more prepared, worked harder etc. The funniest thing he said was, Bama players got pissed because the other team even showed up....LOL. Point was, they beat you before you even played. Same here.

Saban didn’t resign, he retired. That’s a big difference.

The same thing happened to my high school team when we played a stacked team pretty known out of BR and we whooped them.

They laughed at us and ran their mouth the whole time during stretches.

They had two linebackers that ended up starting for Alabama and had about 10 D1 players to our single D1 walk on.

Better make sure you back it up!

No there isn’t and technically dude was already retired legally because he was 72. Age 70 you have to start drawing your retirement / social security.

72 year olds don't quit. They retire.

You can’t really be that obtuse. He’s the greatest coach that ever lived and retired at 72, as most people do. It’s okay to acknowledge reality and recognize greatness. Acknowledging and appreciating Saban doesn’t make you less of an LSU fan. Saying dumb shite like this just makes you ignorant.

Quit retire what difference does it make? If I had his money I would QUIT my job in a heartbeat, what is the difference between quit retire or resign? Pretty sure you do what you want!

if we, as a collective fan base, want to continue to goad the Gump melt we should all agree that Saban entered the portal and it hasn't picked a new team because he's waiting on the right NIL deal from Coca-Cola.

I love Saban especially when he was in P& G! I said he quit... as in retired, left coaching wtf difference is the terminology? Only Saban knows why he Quit ??Saban @ LSU 03 was the best Ever for me and I bet for Saban too. He probably quit/ retired because nil is out of control along with the transfer rules etc etc
