I don’t think what he’s saying is wrong other than the chance of beating Bama. Even during the current loss streak, many of the games coulda/woulda/shoulda gone the other way.

Offensively, I wouldn’t say we have big playmakers to speak of. That opinion can be changed by the end of the year.

Defensively, we have a ton!

He lost me on this one. Clearly not the same scheme wise.

Not scheme wise, but from a production standpoint, he can make that argument. I believe he was on the sideline for the State game.

And his concerns about the DL were shared by many on this board before the UGA game.

whereas Jim Dunaway comes across like a likeable guy, JOX 94.5 is wall to wall Gump lovefest. Seriously,I'd be curious without notes if they could name all 14 teams in the SEC.

I have no clue what games you have been watching this year if you think this offense is comparable to what Miles ran!

Edit: For the DVs we are 86th in total offense

And we are 61 in pts/g. Want to know where the great Jimbo Fisher and A&M is, 62 during year one!

Statistics are like bikinis: What they reveal is interesting. What they HIDE is vital.

1) QB showed up on campus just before Fall camp

2) LSU has had a different OL lineup in nearly every game

3) LSU has played a lot of really good defenses

4) There is no STUD running back. I love the backs. But, they are not at the level of the past

This is a MUCH "better" offense. To simply look at the 'rank' is to miss the fact.

You’re bikini comment is cute, here’s another cliche, you see what you want to see. You listed 4 bullet point excuses. While perhaps valid it doesn’t make the offense good

When someone says something like a team has "zero chance to win", he's clearly just trying to get attention like talking heads often do so his opinion isn't worth much.

You either do not watch the games, or you have no idea what an offense is.

STFU hater! Go crawl back in your hole along with all the other NegaTigers! Don't start pulling this crap now! All y'all are wanting to look at is "stats" only! Not even looking at the type of offense we are running. It's night and day, light years what Miles ran. Is it perfect right now, no but it sure in the hell is 100% better!

We are still averaging 30.4 pts per game and with the defenses that we bring every year that is all we need. We sure in the hell don't need to be averaging 50+ a game. It would be nice but it's not needed!

Most of these sports guys are putting on a schtick. Even Finebaum has a very marketable albeit annoying method to his madness.

But there are very few media personalities that seem as douchey IRL as the aptly named Tom Massengill.

Seriously, his face looks like a penis and scrotum were improperly developed and formed into one soft fleshy lump on top of his fat neck.

You make bullet points explaining why the offense isn't good and then you say it's "MUCH better"?

I said it was a "better" offense. Not that is was executing well. Ga Tech can execute that Triple Option offense and get lots of "stats". I do NOT want that offense as I do NOT think it is "better"

I am comparing the offense (style) vs the production itself. This current offense is "better" than Miles'.

Cry a little harder about “No respect”.

If you’re objectively looking @ this team, even your jaded points aren’t wrong.
