If we had the season Ole Miss had you and many others sitting here saying “ we should have hired Bianco” would have been insufferable all year. Melting non stop, bitching about what a terrible hire it was until 2 weeks ago.

Bianco would have been an acceptable hire; he is an excellent coach. Jay Johnson is a better hire, in my opinion.

Bianco strikes me as a one hit wonder then back to his usual self
If Johnson can figure out the errors he will build a monster. He is a hitting guru who wants power and he just hired one of the best pitching coaches in the country. It’s a recipe for long term success.

Hell I’m super pumped and excited that they won and it’s NOT because I don’t hate ole piss.
Similar to Saban and smart bama fans when Les won in 2007, I’m excited they’ll now be stuck with an underwhelming coach for many more years to come because he won.
Have an ole piss alumni friend who played ball for Bianco when he first got there and though he loves the guy and through the roof about the win he was wanting him gone as well. And win I texted him about the win his response was, “we’re going to have him forever now.”

Unless he was also going to pitch 20 innings per weekend and play middle infield wouldn’t have mattered. Ole Miss is going to replace a majority of that team due to graduation.
