Tennessee, at this moment, is better and it isn't close. LSU will be lucky not to get run ruled today.

No the inability to hit for the last month, and having only 4 pitchers that are reliable is the reason that Tennessee is better than LSU.

It’s almost like the exact same sentiments are true for Tennessee. They just used up their 4 pitchers in the first two games only to earn a split while LSU had 2 bullets left in the chamber.

It’s almost like other top teams are in the same situation as we are when it comes to pitching? Who’d have thunk it.

But Tennessee is the better hitting team. We’ve seen that, they’re outhitting us 2 to 1 on our own field and have controlled both games.

Both teams have 133 runs scored in conference play as I type, but Tennessee plays in a band box. Tennessee had the offensive advantage because they threw more of their best arms in the first two games. That is showing today.

Bottom line is both teams have enough arms

Huh. Interesting. Tony ran out of arms in the 2nd inning, en route to using 8 pitchers and getting his doors blown off. LSU only used 2 and shut down da best lineup in da country

Weird. LSU outscored Tenn 21-14 this weekend. Would've had more too if they were allowed to keep hitting. Unfortunately, they beat Tennessee so badly today they had to end the game early.

They play with more confidence.

This did wonders for Tony and the gang today.

Until we start swinging the bat more consistently and Jay stops fricking with the batting order so much every day, we will be much more limited on offense than Tennessee is

Tennessee's lineup today was the same it's been all weekend. LSU's was different and we had multiple pinch hitters come in and do their jobs.

Tennessee couldn't limit that? Pretty embarrassing if you ask me.
