Today without hearing lsu’s name on the selection show hits hard

This is usually like christmas eve to me with next friday being christmas day. Just a bummer. Speculating who is in the BR regional, which 1 seed will be opposite us and inevitably lose their regional. How mad people will get if lsu chooses the early friday timeslot

Really first time since 2007 we know we have no shot at getting in. Even in 2011 we thought we would.

Yea I’m not an MLB fan but LSU baseball usually carries me until Saints preseason games for my sports fix. Going to be a long summer

Yep, 2006 we thought we were getting in too, been an lsu fan for a longtime, only the 2nd time watching this knowing we wont be in, crazy.

You cant truly appreciate those threads without the occasional year like this i guess. And jay will be running out our ace plenty against 4 seeds in the coming years

Definitely feels like a piece of me is missing this year. Always enjoyed seeing your spreadsheet with each time ranked. I will never forget how you spotted Stony Brook as being legit prior to regionals! Also, will miss the annual thread by The Boat about the host opposite of us. Sad times man!

Talking to a buddy of mine last night, I mentioned that this Sunday evening phone call would normally be to hash out where we were going to watch the selection show. Not this year.

Do you know what the odds are of winning the regional if you lose game one? I think Arkansas (could be wrong on who) tried to skate by and lost the first game and the regional.
