I don't know why I had it in my head he didn't play that game... Were they missing another key contributor?

Smith's reaction to that last dunk is goat

I still hate the Wisconsin basketball program to this day for that season

even our packed nights at the PMAC don't get to that level. Those crowds stayed loud throughout, now they get up for some moments

That's the team that made me an LSU sports fan.

The best part about the funk dunk video is us wearing gold every game.
I cannot express to you how much I hate our white jerseys. They are god awful.

I just remember Roland struggling with asthma cause the Wisconsin game was played at 5,000 ft. Bad memory.
But that season - great memory

I saw Jabari a couple weeks ago at Kroger in an LSU hoodie

through the first half of the season, that team averaged almost 100 points per game; then they get into the NCAA tourney and score like 40 and get crushed by a bunch of farmboys
Just ran into a horrible matchup. Brady was never a great offensive coach and he had zero answer for Wisconsin's D. LSU. They just packed everything in and LSU was just content to jack up bad 3 after bad 3 going 5 for 21 in the process. LSU scored 14 F'n points in the first half. 14!!!!!! They also had 23 turnovers. Wisconsin was almost just as bad on offense. It was one of the ugliest, most boring games I've ever watched. 40 minutes of just slow, boring, methodical basketball.
Brady probably gets more criticism that he deserves, but man I don't miss those nights of LSU scoring less than 20 points in an entire half

LSU lost that game when they didn't get up by 10-15 immediately.
Wisconsin scored like 2 points the first 5 minutes of the game.

The game was late. I was 9 and had to go to bed before the game ended. I remember my dad losing his shite over LSU's 1st half.

From what I remember that basically closed out the 1H of the game and people were going nuts.
He did the same dunk to a scrub team earlier in the year. I can't remember who though.

Me too especially that POS with the blonde mushroom style haircut
The Pit is a tough venue. My dad's friend was a prof at UNM, i went out there one summer and felt like i was gonna die after taking ten shots
My algebra teacher was a Wisconsin fan and talked shite the next day. Dick
