He became "LEGENDARY" when he held up the Heisman trophy, and perhaps not even until he held up the national championship trophy.

I knew he was a tough leader when he torched UCF after getting rocked. I thought he was "elite" at the Texas game. His pass against UGA to Jefferson is when I knew he would win the Heisman. His pass to Marshall is when I knew he would be a national champion. When he did neck (I was at the dome so I did not see the ring situation) was when I knew he would be a living legend.

I rewatched the game now, and when Fowler said "He can walk across the bayou without getting wet" he was 100% right. He is a LEGEND.

The first game against Miami. I could see it. I said "this kid is going to be good", but I didn't know how good. It's his attitude, fearlessness, and accuracy that made me think that.

To me the SEC Championship against UGA. The scramble by getting away from two GA lineman then running to his right and throwing a dart to Jefferson 40 yards or more down field for a huge game changer. Just not human. But my favorite play. GEAUX TIGERS...

I don’t know if you are joking, but I 100% felt that he was gonna be great (if our offense let him) at that moment.

Texas somewhat cause of the season they were coming off of and it was on the road, but I would say more so it was Bama. Just cause of lsu not winning that game in a long time and then the show he put on there at Bama.

The Texas Game hinted that, the Alabama game stated that.

Nope. That would be Byrd's TD against Auburn...

without a doubt , it was the TEXAS game that he became legendary in my opinion. That 3rd and 17 to Jefferson and I then knew this was different.

UCF after he got lit up. Didn’t know he’d be Joey Heisman, but you knew he was a grown man with a lot of grit.

There were many moments that he showed that he was a great player, but the Alabama game put him in legend status. To end the losing streak, on the road, and carve up a defense that had been like a wall of granite for us was legendary.

You are definitely right about the audible against Miami. I had never seen a LSU quarterback audible that resulted in a touchdown. That was the first hint that said I'm special.
