I like how I'm getting down voted for discussing football and asking questions.
Serious question, do you not think your first post in that ND/Texas thread where posters were appreciating better offense was not a dickish post?
It was a long thread, with alot of shite talking, including me, directed at you. You don't think people remember that a day later?

here is the thing. i posted this earlier
we rely on the i-form, 1 TE as our base offensive set. this by itself is very limiting, bc/ it's very narrow and defenses can focus on the OL and LOS without having to spread themselves out horizontally too much. this allows teams to tee off on our rushing attack by overloading that very narrow area
now when we pass out of this formation, the FB is absolutely useless ( b/c it's a FB in the passing game) and our TE is basically useless b/c our second limitation is that miles hates the middle of the field (b/c of 2008). so teams just have to be mindful of the sidelines and that's not a guarantee but you can be pretty active just laying 10 yards off the LOS and identify a hitch/curl or a longer go-type route (which can open up the random stop-go route which we did try yesterday)
THE PROBLEM is that by default a pass to the sidelines will not be a very efficient or optimal pass due to the distance needed to physically throw the ball. add in the other structural defects and DBs can just sit on routes WITH a hard throw to make. these are also horrible balls to get a QB warmed up and in rhythm throwing (those are not easy passes regardless of the QB)
so we completely limit our offense and what our passing game can do. that's why it's set up for failure. with those 2 structural issues present it doesn't matter who our QB/WRs are: their job will be super difficult and not efficient. even when we had Mett, he was placing hard balls that 2 amazing WRs were making great plays on. it was fool's gold (and didn't always work)

The problem is that apparently if my hair isn't on fire on this board, then I'm pissing people off. This place is now a cesspool echo chamber. Lsu needs change. But the dead horse arguments are all that is accepted apparently.

Ok.
And I agree with your last few posts in this thread.
Oline is inexplicably bad, QBs under Miles are infuriating. I just don't see how it will get better with him at the helm.

Really like that post.
The question I have and it doesn't really matter because it isn't working any way, is this Cameron's offense base set or Miles' base set with Cameron designing plays around it?

I fully agree with this. Contrary to public opinion, I'm truly on board with change. I just don't like the fire and brimstone hatred towards miles on the way out.

it's been a common issue under miles since he took over, but really ramped up after 2008
FOR SURE we've done the same shite since 2011. the exact. same. shite.

Yeah. We saw the same formations with studrawa (terrible promotion to OC).
We looked different in the Texas tech game than we did Saturday. Lot more shotgun, lot more pistol. That's what I thought we were going to see more of

Ok so Les is fired you should sleep well.

I don't hate Miles, but Saturday clearly showed that he is incapable of the kind of change that everyone expected. Why is irrelevant. If the conclusion is that he cannot get over his love of the 1970's offense, then fine, let's just move on.

U might as well just address it to Choctaw lol

Is BH executing at a high level? Obviously no. But he is usually scrambling for his life...why not put him in the shotgun? Spread the field making it easier for Kline to pick up who is coming...none of this shite happens because as SFP said there is no plan b

There is your problem. Same shite, new year. Why?
