Good teams will find a way to score. Our offensive genius head coach needs to outscore them. Remember 2019. We just kept scoring. Sometimes you have yo do that.

I agree. Anyone defending this offense is utterly retarded.

While you aren't necessarily wrong, I think a lot of the criticism is that his defenses seem to fail at critical moments.

Against Ole Miss LSU offense finally seemed to gain some traction when they scored a TD in the 2Q after falling behind 17-0. Ole Miss immediately took the next possession and went 75 yards for a TD to close out the half to stretch the lead back out to 17. In the 3Q the LSU defense was really good and it allowed the offense to tie the game. Momentum was very much on LSU's side and it felt like one more stop would give LSU to take the lead (and probably win). Instead, Ole Miss went 75 yards for the go ahead TD and that was pretty much the game.

Against Kentucky LSU just needed one stop to secure victor. YES, we can argue that Kiffin should have gone for the 4th & 1 which would have ended the game. But he trusted his defense who, in the 3Q (like vs. Ole Miss) was good. Needing one stop Baker's defense couldn't deliver. Then, in OT LSU scored first. Again, one stop wins the game. Couldn't get it. Finally, UK decided to go for 2. Despite everything that had happened to that point in the game, everything came down to one play. Needing one stop UK was able to walk into the endzone untouched.

Yesterday, the defense wasn't bad in the first two quarters. It kept LSU in a game where its offense kept pissing away chances with bad play and questionable decision making. Then, in the 3Q, LSU finally breaks through to take the lead. The crowd was at a fever pitch...and it took ONE play for Alabama to suck all of the life out of the stadium.

It didn’t matter if Bama scored 17 or 31. Lane and Charlie only scored 13 points. We were going to lose regardless of what Blake Baker did

So share with everyone your defensive coordinator success in a key situation above flag football. The point here is that everyone complains about that, even me, but then Baker/LSU is not the only team that does it. There must be something these $3 Million DC's know that we don't. It may be that the offense in those key situations have so many options that we have nothing else to do but play soft to react rather than charge blindly into the gun fire.

Exactly lmao. That offense was doing nothing.

Baker got them the ball back to score before half and they coughed it up.

Yeah baker called a good game. The game got out of hand with the short field after punt return and going for it in 4th down at your own 25.

Bama only scored 10 against Tennessee. Bama goes a perfect 3-3 all TD’s in the redzone.

Every excuse in the book for you Baker fanboys.

It’s just too bad Bama didn’t have a walk-on qb in his first ever start like Miss State so you fanboys could circle jerk each other. Gosh yall are retards.

Bama inside the red zone 3 for 3 all TD’s. Baker fanboys, “Leave Baker Alone!”

285 yds total offense allowed - 31 pts

450 yds total offense - 13 pts

…tell me where the problem is. If our offense converted 3rd downs and scored Bama doest have 200 yds

His defenses shrink when you need it most. LSU takes the lead in the second d half, the crowd is fully involved, and they give up a TD in 5 plays. The air was sucked out of the building and the team was never the same. Kentucky game? Every crucial situation the defense failed to make the stop.

Get tired all you want......fact is, he feast on lesser talented teams and coach's. Go look at his D stats ranked vs unranked opp. or just ask Grok to do it if you don't have the time.

You can reverse this and it’s also true.

Baker gets a major stop before half, LSU offense needs to score.

LSU offense throws an interception.

LSU 0/4 in the red zone, 6 turnovers.
the three losses all had the same issues. They gave us yards till field condensed. Then the zone ate us alive.

We simply must create big plays to score. and we don’t

Bama had multiple offensive starters out against Bama that they had back against LSU.

Tennessee’s defense wasn’t put in a situation where Bama got the ball inside the red zone against them twice

Baker’s defense gave up 10 points in the first half. In the second half. Bama got the ball to start inside the red zone twice. They literally could have taken a knee each time, kicked field goals, and still won the game because we only scored 13 fricking points. But you want to pin the loss on the defense

We need trick plays to score, and these fools think that’s a good offense

I really don't know what everyone expected from our defense beside that.

After we went up 13-10 I expected the defense not to completely quit playing football.

The amount of wide open plays down the stretch would be shocking if it weren’t simply par for the course with this staff and team.
