I am saying I don't know he has the option to say "the play stands" in the instance of reviewing a penalty. Like I said i could be wrong.

Matt just said the targeting replay does have a call stands vs confirmed call...he said that's the one thing he doesn't agree with, it should have been call stands, even though he agrees it was targeting

That's funny because Saturday night he was looking for a precedent to get the suspension overturned and actually found some Old Dominion reversal.
