If we can get the O-line healthy, we'll do whatever we want against that defense.

Our own defense needs to wake up, though.

I’ve watched way too much of Ole Miss so far this year. Not sure why. Maybe it has been morbid curiosity how bad they are.

I think we win this game by 20. They are no more talented than Tech and I think we will play more inspired football.

ETA How does this get downvotes. WTF did I’d say. Too positive? Too negative??

I'm assuming we'll have more energy for an SEC home game than we did yesterday. If so, it should be a lot more fun to watch.

Starts too late. Have to leave after the 1st half to beat the traffic, so I get enough sleep before 8 AM mass.

I think the LSU run game is coming around exactly at the right time even as the passing game is still developing. This is a run the ball and control the clock game. Keep the ball and force Ole Miss into mental mistakes.

We have a history of seemingly letting OM have their best performances of the year against us.

That will go up to around 17/18. Get it at 14 if you can.

They always do seem to get up for this game. I thought their Hawaiian QB did pretty well last year when Patterson got hurt. Is he struggling this year?

Still love the 2011 game.

Miles put him in to start the drive, and he was supposed to hand off and milk the clock. A play broke down, and he took off running for a huge gain. Miles was pissed. That's why he took the knee, he didn't want to reward his QB for disobeying him.

I hadn't heard that before. Interesting story.

Pretty sure they were pissed. I thought their coach said something about it after the game to Les or at the post game presser.

Their QB is more talented than the kid from Tech but he’s not as mature. He’s mistake prone and he’ll probably give us a few pics. Their WRs are excellent.

Their D is he worst in the league. That’s not even disputable. It is worse than Techs D for sure. They also have no running game.

DA needs to get the right people on the field on passing downs to get after the qb, cover, and tackle better in space, especially in the secondary. We have to get off the field on 3d down vs OM. Adjust, prepare, and execute - hammer down!

That’s a good line but if we’re up only 10 at halftime expect the Score Board to be in full melt again
