Pretty sure he said that about Miles he also said there was no doubt A&M would win a title before JFF left as well, so take his proclamations with a grain of salt

I think 2020, LSU will be a very good team, but I think they’ll be quite young. I don’t see them winning it all. Now, 2021 is a different story. I could see that being a very serious run at the title.

That should drive the psychotic wing of the fan base further towards the abyss.

in fact he talked about how Alabama is still the pinnacle
Well if you wanna really split hairs he's not wrong.

Right now, it can be said by the casual observer that "Alabama had a slightly down season", "Tua was hurt", "defensive injuries plagued them", etcetera.

Beat Alabama again this season in Death Valley, and their hype train gets momentum completely arrested and possibly reversed.

Brando is your typical sports journalist who happens to have a connection to LSU / Baton Rouge / Louisiana. Meaning he says stupid things at times and is also right at times.

He has LSU back to elite recruiting levels and he is not afraid to replace coordinators who need replacing and making any changed he needs to make to get things going.

I can't see why he wont win another one.

We went 44 years without one.
How many coaches have won more than one.

Heck, we might win 5 of the next ten for all I know. But we might not win another for 10 years or more.

I will still be a fan though either way. Not sure about some of you who think being a fan is being "positive."

Sure but since we got out act together every coach here has won one.

And I love LEs, but he was too stubborn with his offense.

If les updates the offense when he needed too who knows how many he wins.

Honestly the shelf life of coaches at these high profile jobs with the salary they make is no more than ten years
If o gives us 10 years at 9/10 wins with a couple of playoffs mixed in which most likely inivolves winning sec I’ll be happy At that point he will be close to retirement
Even Saban hasn’t won a title in two years

Wasn't he like like Cowherd early on when they hired O?

Now that O proves himself some hack up in Shreveport makes a bold prediction!

Well no shite Brando. I think he's going to win a couple more within the next ten years and maybe more. He know what it takes now and how to get there. Reload and repeat. He has this program rolling that's for damn sure and nobody is going to be able to stop it.

Last time he predicted we would win the national championship, he was correct.
