Tigers win! Tigers win! Score 7-4. Berzon took Horns out 1-2-3. Record 23-eaux.

Only undefeated team in country. Berzon (record 9-eaux) earned the win, 109 pitches, 9 hits, 4 runs, 4 strikeouts, complete game. She is only a sophomore; from Buffalo, NY. Wonder if she has eaten any mud bugs, hot boudin, alligator, or cold couche couche yet? She probably feels like she's in a foreign country. No Buffalo wings around here.

It seems that beating Texas in any sport is usually a good sign for LSU
Baseball: Beat Texas in 2009 CWS, beat them OOC in 23 baseball season that ended with our last title
Football: Beat Texas OOC in 2019, season ended with our last tile
Basketball: Had to beat Texas in the Elite 8 to make our last Final Four.
Now baseball and softball has handed them some Ls this season. Hopefully that's a sign that good things are coming in the postseason for both programs

It was 6-zip after 2 innings & before their weekend series against ..I believe... Houston, their team ERA was under 1.0.
