Wrong, It has the NIL breakdown in it as well you just can’t read or you’re lying. There were also 247 and On3 articles posted which corroborated the numbers.

If McMahon is only being kept around because we don’t want to pay the buyout…. then McMahon will hopefully be fired next year.
In short… he can’t turn around the team in 1 year…. hell, he hasn’t done anything with the team these past few years !!!
Don’t give him a boatload of money for NIL next year as he’ll be fired at end of the year….. slide that NIL budget money to the FOOTBALL TEAM as they keep the ENTIRE athletics department and ALL it’s team afloat.
After McMahon is fired and replaced… see what the new BB coach needs.

I spoke with a guy yesterday who is very tied into the basketball scene here in Baton Rouge and has contacts nationally and no I'm not going to say who he is since he didn't give me permission to do that. He said LSU was at the bottom of NIL in the SEC at just under $2.0 mil and that he is getting about $8 mil to work with this year. Said it takes about $6 mil to field a competitive team in the SEC. Also said Duke spent about $16 mil but then that's their football team. He also had spoken with Wade a number of times over the years and said Wade was willing to come back to LSU if they had offered. MM is getting next year to turn it around or he's gone. So yes LSU has woefully been behind in NIL and you get what you pay for. His HS recruiting has been good but his portal recruiting has been hit and miss. Especially at PG where it has been miss every year. We'll see what he can do with a level NIL playing field. But I do agree with some on here that if he's perceived to be on the hot seat it may be difficult get transfers with multiple years to come. But money talks.

Yeah, I'm not sure if CMM has his own separate guy for that or not, but my feeling is it's more of a recruitment and/or attitude issue. First step IMHO is getting in at least a couple of guys who are just naturally tough and gritty and have the bodies to back it up.

Hahahahaha wow. I’m done dude. No one said anything about being better than anyone, it’s pretty funny you project these terms(twisting, fabricating, manipulating etc) on people only to make yourself look right and then you spin things to make it look like I’m doing those things. If someone comes into the conversation assuming I’m talking about something and they’re completely wrong and then insult my basketball knowledge, I have the right to defend myself. Just be ready for people to poke a lot of holes into that information, it can’t be credible but theirs can. Once it becomes an overwhelming majority, then we will revisit this post and laugh together at the mentally ill on this board.
