Has anyone used retatrutide? If so, at what dose?
I know it is not fda approved yet, but it will at some point.

Why are you making up words?

Data on it looks good in terms of weight loss and its multiple mechanisms (GLP1+) but I would hold off until there is actual safety data.

He at least claims to be a Harvard alum, so he thinks he can make up words, and we’ll all believe that they’re real words even though we’ve never heard the words before. Because Harvard alums are always believed to know a bunch of words that nobody else knows.

Eli lily has the patent and not expected to let it go. Supposedly a trillion dollar drug in the future. Attaches to all 3 proteins instead of two but also does not expedite muscle loss. Bright future for retatrutide

This, they are also requesting FDA approval as a biological, which means it is going to be expensive as frick.

The grey market is going to dominate this one.

Like from the phase 1 and 2 trials designed to test safety, and the phase 3 that showed efficacy (and safety) and made the headlines?

completely agree with waiting for FDA approval

You're never going to confirm safety from the black market sellers out there already

biological

Grammar police - it would be a biologic

And Lilly is trying to get special approval to get biologic approval. For longer period of exclusivity

not sure if Lilly pursued that for tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound) but it classified as a peptide, like semaglutide is

I’ve gotten it from several gray market dealers. Some work, others are garbage. I prefer tirzepatide though bc it just worked better on me. Everyone is different tho.

Thats the problem with going gray - you never know what you're getting unless you burn a vial and three figures getting it tested. I take gray market tirz and I'm not worried about getting something that's going to kill me, but I am worried about getting essentially a placebo at some point.
