I am with you and I want to believe, despite all of the constant toxic negativity on this board.

However, it is abundantly clear that this team has flaws (especially on offense) that are unfixable at this point. The O-line is what it is. For the most part, the offense is the same general clusterfrick that it has been since Clemson. There has been very little improvement since the first week.

We can hope that it all miraculously comes together Saturday, but "hope" is not a good plan.

Ok, let's say he pulls a miracle here and wins.

He will lose at Bama and at OU. He can't win on the road, much less on the road against ranked teams.

One of the games I listed above will be a blowout, most likely Bama again. Nuss is going to absolutely cry on the field at BDS and shite his pants. Everyone can see this coming miles away.

How is LSU going to sstop Reed?

Offense also needs to figure out how to score. Arkansas fired their coach and puts more points up than we do.

Based on what? At this point in the season we know what we have. Take off the purple and gold glasses. LSU has no offense. The defense may keep it close for a while but eventually will wear out.

I agree. I think LSU is gonna beat Aggie pretty convincingly to the point our playoff hopes come back to life during the bye week so that when Bama curb stomps us in T Town it causes maximum pain and heartbreak. I’ve been following this team long enough to know how this stuff goes.

This is the script. Kelly teams don’t lay down after losses. I predict a win this weekend. Even with JD, those seasons were rollercoasters of highs and lows. Too bad they only had the 4 team playoff back then.

not like Oklahoma's offense is dominating people this year either

Even if he pulls a miracle out of the hat and goes 9-3, it's unacceptable and highlights the lack of attention to detail that prevents him from seriously competing for championships.

What if he pulls a miracle out of the hat & goes 10-2?

There's nothing about as sure in life as LSU getting beat in Tuscaloosa this year. They will feast on this OL.

I'm sure Baker has a plan.

His biggest win will be when he is collecting a massive buyout and not having to work

Barring a scenario once described by Edwin Edwards, he won that one the day he signed his contract. To paraphrase Fast Eddie, the only way LSU gets out of that contract is if Kelly is caught in bed with either a dead girl or a live boy.

I just don’t think it matters unless he wins out. He could beat A&M and miss the playoff and I kinda think it makes him look worse.
Agreed. If BK somehow gets our team going well enough to beat aTm, then you have to then look back and ask why he couldn't get the same performance against Ole Miss or Vandy. This year the Aggies are better than both of those teams, so if we win I'll be flipping between joy at watching Aggie walk out with a L while raging about the fact that we couldn't beat two other teams with a similar profile less than a month ago.

It would be shades of Les' final full season before he got fired the next year - on the hotseat because he was too hardheaded to adjust his offense to something that would work. Then he pulls off a miraculous win against A&M that Febreze's his boneheaded offensive philosophy enough to get him a chance at another season. Makes all kinds of off-season promises to change and then opens up with a stinker in Green Bay that shows he had no intention of changing.

Fools gold.

Don't get me wrong - I'd love to see the Aggies go down in flames in DV, but I don't think it's likely. And while I'd enjoy a victory, I'll still be wondering if we've been given another turd shined up to look like a diamond for one or two games.

Did you watch the a&m-Arkansas game last week? The aggies have some major issues on both sides of the ball that were exposed.
And OM had the worst run defense in the land the weekend we went into VHS and got torched. Arky damn-near ran them off the field and we couldn't get any push against their paper-thin run defense.

If you're not capable of taking advantage of your opponent's weaknesses, they aren't really weaknesses. Just sayin....

I can see the magic of Tiger Stadium pulling out a win at the last second but if the current offense shows up nothing will help.

I don't see Jayden Daniels walking out that locker room Saturday.

A&M is vastly over rated

Arkansas has the #4 offense in the nation and the #1 in the SEC. They can score on anyone. A&M is going to hold our offense to 10 points.

This team isn’t capable of beating anyone convincingly, haven’t all season outside of an FCS team
