This weather could result in upsets and could totally flip SEC standings

I would hate to think that this Saturday could change the direction of the SEC, but that's the reality of playing in extremely poor weather conditions. We've all seen what a wet field and a wet football can do and it's almost a guarantee there will be fumbles, dropped passes, QBs fumbling trying to pass or a kicker losing his footing on a huge kick. We also can't forget about the injuries that could put star players out for weeks or the rest of the season.
Buckle up because it could be a wild, wild Saturday!

Weather this weather that. The better team will prevail. That’s LSU.

Yeah because both teams don't play in the weather, only the road team

This is becoming as bad as “the juice isn’t worth the squeeze” for the two NFL Players

We have a pretty good running game and a couple different backs to give the ball to, including 2 running QBs. I think we'll be fine

Football is meant to be played in the weather. Good or bad.
And both teams play in the same conditions.
What a ridiculous thing to cry about.

Both teams play in same weather so are you projecting the reason for an LSU loss?

I hate it when the Rant talks about weather….

Think about all the upsets so far in the SEC. No weather issues

Well whether you weather the weather or you weren't weathering the weather will decide whether you succeed

The closest team to threaten the 2019 LSU team was auburn. One reason was the field condition after a lot of rain. I remember a lot of slipping going on that day. If the field was in better shape, game wouldn't have been that close.

Ga and alabama game will not shake up anything in the SEC regardless of who wins.

Jeremy Hill is still running in the rain on Auburn since 2013

Kentucky plays on artificial turf….. big difference

So Vandy or Arkansas could be at the top at the end of the weekend?

Related to football, weather isn’t good or bad overall…but it can favor a playing style. Luckily for us, rain and wind favors teams that can run well, so we’re built for this.
Obviously, rain can also result in more turnovers, but both sides have to deal with that.
The good teams in the SEC aren’t flashy finesse teams, so I doubt it’ll cause too many upsets.
