This team is too inconsistent to make a deep run.

They just don’t have the bats to do it. Which is a shame because pitching is there.

I think they can make the CWS but I don't think they can win it.

This. They’ll make Omaha but the bats are too inconsistent away from home to envision making much noise out there.

Nah, 2023 had no chance based on the season. Skenes and Herring were the only reliable arms…maybe Cooper.

If this team is inconsistent, then there's maybe two or three consistent teams in the whole country

Define a deep run.

Because 2025 is mapping close to 2023 - only flip pitching struggles then for offensive struggles now.

People said lsu didn’t have the pitching in 2023 to win it all

Every time I dust my pitch fork off they rally and make it happen. Regardless it would be nice to get some fresh takes on offense.

We'll be heavy favorites in a home regional, and our starting pitching actually sets us up nicely for a best of 3 series against anyone at home in a super.

If they make it to Omaha it means the bats have woken up.

They haven’t hit for 6 weeks!! Batting average for the team is in a free fall.

I expect them to against inferior teams in a regional, and someone will have to come into Alex Box and beat either Anderson or Eyanson in a super.

I believe they make it to a Super but they’re gonna have to find bats to make it to CWS.

The good news is there’s not a single consistent team out there. Arkansas got the same amount of hits against the team we just faced. And the team we just faced lost a series to USC. Baseball doesn’t make sense lol.

This is the only thing that gives me hope. Baseball fortunes can turn on a dime.
