We were competitive against Bama. Against Mizzou we trailed by double digits the whole game and last game we trailed by double digits the whole 2nd half and the announcers kept talking about how we were quitting.

Our team last year wasn't exactly the most formidable shooting team either but they found a way to still win games being more defense oriented. Which was a complete 180 from the previous year when we had better shooting but weaker defense.
Almost like good coaching can cater their strategy to what the team's strengths are year to year and still be effective despite some shortcomings.

That’s what the people who just defer to shitting on players don’t understand. These guys aren’t just standing around having a shot competition, FG% comes from shot quality which comes from the execution, design and decision making. The latter 3 is a direct result of coaching and we’ve got one of the worst in the P5s.

Who’s taking those shots? Miller has 18, Ward has 15 so it’s not the shooters missing em, it’s the bums he loves playing for no apparent reason other than he’s a bad coach.

Again this team shoots the 3 better than the 2018-19 SEC championship team did. Just throwing out the first excuse that pops into your head all the time doesn’t make it valid.

The team can't shoot,it's called practice McMahon,watch the stand and listen to how he would work until he got it right and shoot,and shoot,and shoot and shoot and shoot. You want be good or just walk around and think your good !

Horrible shooters, no true scorers or finishers at the rim and bad free throw shooters also. I can’t imagine why this team can’t win a SEC game, lol. I will say, if next season is a replica of this year, you have to seriously think about going in another direction.
